Some Straight Talk on Defense

My friend Ward Carroll had me on for an extended discussion of the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 Chapter 4—Defense Policy.

There are a lot of scary treatments of this document, and I speak only to the Defense portion in this interview. As such, it is pretty center of mass as a representation of what the First Trump Administration valued, some of which is good, some of which is very good, and some of which is not so good.
