I will say that having the occasion to both travel significant distances and live aboard in both a galley up and galley down situation- as the primary chef and bottle washer I will always choose galley down. I like my work space unencumbered by muggles and anyone who doesn’t plan cocktail hour for when said chef can participate is likely going hungry on our boat!

As I was reading your commentary on something as specific (to me) as the location of the galley, I thought to myself, this guy should have a YouTube channel commenting on boating/shipping/sailing mishaps/disasters/stuff. So, there's a 747 pilot who has a channel called 74 Crew. He reviews videos of piloting mishaps dealing with aircraft and gives his perspective on what happened. he mixes the right amount of levity and humor to make it interesting. I thought you would be the perfect person to seize that digital terrain, but for mishaps/disasters/stuff at sea. Here's the first disaster you need to do your commentary on.

Ready???? Go!!

Full disclaimer: Somebody might already be doing this. I don't know. But if they are, I haven't heard of them which means they suck at it. So you can still do it.

My pet theory is that you are just one of Catherine's projects, it is just that you are just taking longer than normal to complete...yet, she persists. :)
