I don't have any REAL objection to Columbus Day, but the payoff to one ethnicity raises questions, no? I mean, St. Paddy's Day isn't a national holiday.

Concur on both opinions. I don't think we'd ever be able to nuke columbus day, as that's become political now, as random things tend to do these days for no particularly good reason.

I laughed at comments that bathroom door locks were proper for storage of classified documents. Back in the day my file cabinet for classified docs had a 5 turn combo lock and bar. A guard would come around and check the lock. The guard would also rifle thru you desk to see if you had left a doc out. Bad things could happen if guard found anything amiss!!!

As a progressive Democrat I pretty much agree with everything you said including the part about a proper investigation of what's going on with the Biden's ..I think if I had to choose a republican candidate it might be Pence.. definitely Pence over Trump or DeSantis..... oh and I'll be forwarding that comment about nannying on to your wife

Well done, Bryan. Concur 100% on Trump and Juneteenth. Hillary’s transgressions likely cost her the presidency, so she did pay a price — as did we all, given the nature of the victor.

Juneteenth is a holiday for Texas, not the nation. The day the 13th Amendment was passed would be more appropriate.
